• Twist the pencil to expose a small amount of the tip.
• Gently pull down your lower eyelid and apply the kajal along the waterline. Repeat for the upper waterline if desired.
• For a subtle look, apply close to the lash line. For a bold look, slightly thicken the line.
• Use a smudger or a brush to gently blend for a smoky look.
